    1st Viennese Juggling Heaven

      May 1-4, 2008
The festival starts on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. and ends on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
 
    Where?
      Vienna
Capital of Austria. The juggling festival will take place in the Don Bosco House, located in Hietzing (Vienna's 13th district), in the southwest of Vienna. A large hall, several conference rooms (all in all about 500 square meters) and a nice meadow (about 3000 square meters) will be at the jugglers' disposal.

    How to get there?
    By public transport:
      The Don Bosco Haus is close to subway station Unter St. Veit. (A seven minute walk through St. Veit-Gasse, confer also the maps provided at http://www.donboscohaus.at/anreise/index.php.)
 
From train station Westbahnhof: Take subway U6 (direction Siebenhirten) and change it at Längenfeldgasse for U4 (direction Wien Hütteldorf). Get off at Unter St. Veit.
 
From train station Südbahnhof: Take tram No. 18 (direction Burggasse-Stadthalle) and change it at Margaretengürtel for subway U4 (direction Wien Hütteldorf). Get off at Unter St. Veit.
 
From train station Franz Josefs Bahnhof: Leave the train one station earlier than Franz Josefs Bahnhof at Spittelau. Take subway U4 (direction Wien Hütteldorf). Get off at Unter St. Veit
 
From the airport Wien-Schwechat: Take the train ("Schnellbahn") S7 (direction Wien Floridsdorf) and change it at Wien Mitte for subway U4 (direction Wien Hütteldorf). Get off at Unter St. Veit.

    Housing:
      Seminar rooms at the festival site will be adopted as sleeping halls. (Bring your own sleeping bag and mat!) Alternatively, Don Bosco House offers rooms at moderate prices.

  Free juggling 24 hours a day
  Workshops on all festival days (unicycling for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners, juggling for beginners, elementary and advanced siteswaps, magic tricks, tightrope walking, devil sticks, balloon twisting, fire juggling ...)
  Make your own stilts (facilities will be provided)
  Outdoor jollyball and volleyclub games
  Barbecue and other fire activities
  Public show
  Creative juggling games (e. g. long distance rolling of large tyres)
  TschebetschexTschellentsch tournament 2008 (the jugglers' contribution to the Euro 08: combining soccer and 3-ball juggling)
  Mountain unicycling walking-tour
  Etc.
 
    Cost:
      4-day ticket (accomodation in seminar rooms included):
If preregistered before April 1st, 2008: EUR 15,-
On site: EUR 20,-
Day ticket: EUR 15,- (on Saturday), EUR 5,- (on other days)
